You can meet with me online or in a calm therapy room in Enfield Town, Enfield Chase or Winchmore Hill.
The location we use will depend on what suits you, the kind of therapy you are looking for and current room availability. Once we have arranged an appointment, I will confirm the address, room and arrival details clearly.
Both formats offer the same regular time and therapeutic attention. The difference is mostly about where you feel able to settle, speak freely and return each week.
Available without travelling
Online therapy
Online sessions can work well when travel is difficult, your week is already crowded or you feel more comfortable speaking from a familiar place.
Join from a private room with a reliable internet connection.
No journey or waiting area to plan around.
Suitable for couples and individual one-to-one therapy.
A steady option when work, childcare or distance make travel harder.
Three local settings
In-person therapy
Meeting in person gives the work a physical place outside home and everyday responsibilities. Some people value the journey and the pause before and after a session.
Rooms in Enfield Town, Enfield Chase and Winchmore Hill.
Travel, parking and access information set out below.
Your room and arrival instructions confirmed in advance.
I will try to keep the same regular location where possible.
You do not need to decide before getting in touch. We can think together about whether online or in-person sessions would feel more manageable.
In-person therapy locations
Each room offers privacy for couples or individual therapy. Travel and parking arrangements can change, so it is worth checking TfL and local signs before setting out.

What changes between online and in person?
The therapy itself is not a lesser or more serious version in either setting. The practical frame changes, and that can affect how the session feels.
Consideration
Online
In person
Before the session
Find a private room, settle your device and allow a few minutes without interruption.
Allow time for the journey, parking or public transport and arriving at the building.
The setting
You remain in a familiar environment and may find it easier to fit therapy around work or childcare.
The therapy room creates a physical space away from home and daily responsibilities.
For couples
You can usually join together from one private room. Any different arrangement should be discussed first.
Both partners attend the same room, with space to notice how things are felt and expressed between you.
Continuity
The same regular appointment can continue even when travel is difficult.
Where possible, the same room and location are used each week.
Practical questions
A few things it may help to know before choosing where to meet.
Can I choose which in-person location I attend?
You can tell me which area would be easiest. The final location will depend on the day, time and room availability. I will always confirm the exact address before an appointment is agreed.
Can I move between online and in-person sessions?
Sometimes, although regularity is useful and changes should be discussed rather than made at the last moment. We can think about what would give the work the most continuity.
What should I do if I need step-free access?
Please mention this when you enquire. Access differs between buildings and rooms, so I will confirm a suitable location before offering the appointment.
Is there somewhere to wait?
88 Church Street and 1 Church Lane have waiting areas. Waiting arrangements at 925 Green Lanes will be confirmed before your first visit. In general, arriving only a few minutes before the appointment protects privacy for everyone using the building.
Are sessions available online outside Enfield?
Yes. Online therapy can make the work accessible when you live elsewhere or travelling to Enfield is impractical. We can discuss whether online work is appropriate when arranging the initial consultation.
Finding the setting that works for you
You can mention your preferred location, whether you need step-free access and whether online sessions would be easier when you get in touch.
